DEED RESTRICTIONS

1. No permanent single wide mobile homes (RV trailers allowed).
2. No visible unlicensed cars or trucks, salvage yards, or other refuse dump sites.
3. No Confined Animal Feeding Operations.
4. A Road and Maintenance Agreement will be applied to each lot and a $250 assessment per year per lot will apply.


Terms

10% down day of sale with the remaining balance due at closing within 30 days. Seller will provide title insurance. Taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Deed restrictions do exist.
