in Township 54N - Range 12W - Sections 7, 17 & 18 in
Monroe County, Missouri. This property lies north of Hwy
24 and has approximately 377 acres m/l tillable. Survey will
govern exact amount of acres. All Tracts have access to
Monroe County Rural Water.
The farm is currently cash rented and
all tenant's rights will remain intact until 2008 crops are
removed. Seller will retain all 2008 farm income and pay all
2008 taxes.
The new Buyer will get all 2009 crop
year rights and any future tax liabilities.

1: Consists of 114 acres m/l and is located
in the western most part of the farm at the
Monroe/Randolph County Line. The property is
bordered on the south by Hwy 24 and on the west
by County Road 1101. This Tract is primarily
open with the balance in a wooded draw. It has a

that is flat to gently rolling.
