TRACT 1

42 +/- total acres with 27.79 +/- acres tillable, creek frontage on the north and Montgomery County Road frontage on the east and south sides. This tract lays great, being level to gently sloping toward the creek. The tract has two nice size ponds, a windmill and functional livestock/ machine shed on it. Also there is just enough wooded edge area and creek banks to attract wildlife.
 

TRACT 2
