The farm is virtually all tillable with the Audrain County FSA Office calling 154.33 acres tillable and current being used for crop production. The balance is in County Road right a-way, some water ways and a few scattered trees.
The farm is currently leased out for the 2023 and 2024 crop season for a rate of $215.00 per tillable acre. For the 2023 crop season the new buyer will receive the second cash rent payment of $16, 555.00 in December 2023 and in 2024 the new buyer will receiver all the cash rent.
