TRACT 1: 106 +/- acres with frontage and access along the south side on Highway 54. The Audrain County FSA Office shows 101.03 acres tillable. This tract is virtually all open and currently in crop production. It has a narrow-wooded creek bank along the east side and a couple waterways in the north end.
TRACT 2: 110 +/- acres that has frontage and access on Highway 54 along the south side. The Audrain County FSA Office shows 100.41 acres tillable. The tract joins the state right-a-way just west of the Scott’s Corner round-about.
