The real estate consists of 205 +/- acres offered in 4 tracts ranging from 4 acres with a beautiful new shop, two homesteads with acreage to 109 acres of pasture. The property is located in Township 42N, Range 15W, Section22 of Miller County, Missouri.
Consists of 4.5+/- acres accessed over an existing gravel driveway, directly off Highway 87 which runs along the east side of this tract. The tract is primarily all open and currently in permanent grass. There is a newly constructed 60 ft. x 120 ft. x 22 ft. eve height, red iron building on it. There is a 25 ft. x 60 ft. totally enclosed shop area on the east end of the building with a concrete floor, it is insulated and wired for 110v and 220v electric.
