TERMS & CONDITIONS: Buyers to pay 10% down sale day with the balance due and possession given in 30 days or less, there are not any current tenant rights.  Cost for title preparation, title insurance premium and closing costs to be split 50/50 between the Seller and new Buyer(s).  The 2022 property taxes will be paid by the sellers.
