TRACT 1

Consist of 8.39 +/- acres with Hwy TT frontage on Northside and access to S. Farm Road 69 on the west side of the property. The tract is all open currently in grass production. There is also a large pond in the Northwest corner of the tract.

TRACT 2

Consist of 9.90 +\- acres with a beautiful ranch style brick home with attached carport and deck area. The home has central air with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room and kitchen. Other improvements include a 30’x72’ cattle barn that opens to the east adjoining with the cattle pasture, pens, and automatic waterer. There is also a 14’x22’ storage building. TRACT 3
